Southern Cross Tours – Tastes of Tamborine

Experience Tamborine Mountain through the eyes of a local, tasting your way through the region's best organic produce and connecting with the makers behind it. Start at a working coffee plantation to learn the secrets of the perfect brew, then take in sweeping views at Rotary Lookout before a special lunch at a mountaintop restaurant, complete with a 30-minute wine tasting session. Stretch your legs on a guided, leisurely rainforest walk to the mountain's only spring-fed waterfall, then wander the quaint Mount Tamborine village, with free time to browse the arts and crafts of Gallery Walk. Round out the day at a beautiful local distillery for an informative talk and curated spirit and liqueur tasting.

• Children under 4 aren't permitted on the jet boat, they're welcome on the Tastes of Tamborine tour with a separate infant/child ticket (please call to arrange)


• Bring comfortable walking shoes, a jacket, hat and water bottle, the rainforest walk follows clearly marked paths but does require a low-to-moderate fitness level


• Infant/child car seats available on request for younger family members on Southern Cross Tours


• No luggage/pram/stroller storage on the bus
